Mixing Operator / Line Operator / Setter F/H

Peg, leader in high-end wadding, designs, manufactures and markets innovative, high-quality products based on over 150 years of know-how. A French manufacturer and genuine family business, Peg specializes in the design of wadding and has established itself in the bedding, insulation, clothing and made-to-measure wadding sectors. For our DENESTANVILLE site, near Dieppe, we are looking for a Mixing Operator/Line Operator F/H on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Context

As a replacement, we're looking for a versatile F/H mixing operator, ready to develop his skills for our production line specialized in wadding.

Missions

Within this framework, your missions will be as follows:

- Setting production recipes
- Follow operating procedures to ensure product quality
- Keep to the daily schedule
- Supply production machines
- Monitor equipment operation
- Mix according to instructions
- First-level maintenance
- Clean tools
- Raw materials inventory tracking and management
- Assist with line start-up, if required
- Carry out packaging and loading operations as required
- Carry out quality controls as required
- Respect and enforce Safety-Quality-Environment guidelines
- Stop any dangerous situation, report it to the shift supervisor
- Solve a production problem without exposing anyone to danger

Profile and skills required

Training: Preferably BEP to BAC+2 in production or technical field (electrical, mechanical, etc.),

Experience: if not a graduate, minimum 2 years in a similar position; if a graduate, beginner accepted.

People skills: Team spirit, stress management, reactivity, flexibility, technical curiosity,

Status : Worker

Working hours: 2 x 8 + overtime

Remuneration: €1,766 to €1,800 gross per month + attendance bonus + basket + overtime + dirty work bonus during scheduled technical stoppages.
