In 2007, Peg entered the construction industry, and more specifically the insulation sector, partly thanks to a simple idea: if Peg knows how to equip protective clothing for the cold (-40°C), why not equip a building? The company has drawn on its expertise in high-thermal-performance technical wadding to create two distinct ranges: a range of recycled and recyclable insulating materials, and a range of multi-layer insulating materials.

Our recycled and recyclable range

EcoPeg and TISOLECO insulating polyester wools are made in France from recycled plastic bottles, offering responsible solutions for building insulation.

EcoPeg and TISOLECO products are made from 100% polyester fibers, the majority of which are derived from post-consumer recycling of PET plastic bottles.

These thermally and mechanically bonded polyester wools provide both thermal and acoustic comfort. They are available in panels and rolls of various thicknesses.

  • These are healthy products, requiring neither gloves nor goggles during installation, as they are non-irritating and do not release toxic particles. (VOC rating A+ / Oeko-Tex Standard 100 CQ 886/6 certification / compliance with European REACH regulations)
  • Our polyester wools have a good fire resistance classification B
  • They are also easy to install, being light, flexible and robust products that can be cut or compressed to fit different equipment.
  • Our polyester wools are hydrophobic, antifungal and rot-proof.

Our insulation complements

Our thin insulation materials are composed of reflective films combined with foams, wadding and non-wovens. They take up little space and are easy to install.

Thin, multi-layer insulation is an excellent complement to insulation and perfectly suited to roof, loft and wall insulation.

Traditional thick insulation primarily reduces heat loss through conduction. With thin, multi-layer reflective insulation, energy is transmitted by radiation. Polyester wadding insulation combined with multi-layer insulation is an excellent combination for acting on both conduction and radiation. Their combination provides an ideal solution for thermal comfort with acoustic performance.
